What we do in this session:

You will meet your trainer to perform your House of Health training program that has been specifically designed for you following your consultation either once, twice or three times a week (amount of times training at House of House is your decision) In addition we will be asking you to put in a further two to three half hour workouts at home or in the gym every week. You will be given new programmes to follow every 6 week via the House of Health client app.

We pay extremely close attention to everything that you do when exercising with us, always monitoring your form, your fitness and your progress.

Our aim is to build your confidence in our private training studio by motivating, educating and coaching you throughout your sessions. We are obsessed with maximising the time you spend at House of Health and strive for you to get the most out of your training!

Please bring along:

Please wear gym clothing, trainers and bring a water bottle (towel provided) and 100% commitment to the journey!
